The Network Notes app requires the user to enter an email address and phone number when registering. The application uses the email address to identify the user. The email address and phone number may be used to send alerts and/or other messages specifically related to the ongoing usage of the application.

The Network Notes app makes use of Network and GPS based location to assertain the location of the user when a capture job is initiated.

The Network Notes app requires access to the device camera to take and submit pictures of assets that are being captured.

We do not send, collect or store the email address, phone number, location and pictures for any purpose other than the purposes referred to above.

Security

Please be aware that Internet communications are inherently insecure unless they have been encrypted. Your communications may be routed through any number of countries before reaching our web site. Pharos therefore assume no responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever for the interception or loss of personal information beyond our control.

Disclosure of personal information

Pharos does not distribute any of your personal information to third parties; unless it's required to deliver the products or services requested by you. In addition, Pharos may be obligated to disclose personal information to meet any legal or regulatory requirements of applicable laws.
